Insurance Technology Platform — We Do Not Sell Insurance

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Working language for qualified insurance and regulatory counsel review before commercial reliance. This page implements the owner’s technology-only directive and is not formal legal advice.

SolarBatteryInsure supplies software, digital delivery systems, implementation, configuration, training, support, data migration, integration foundations, and approved custom development. It is offered exclusively to licensed insurance companies, licensed insurance brokers, and licensed insurance agencies—not to John Q. Public.

Technology role

SolarBatteryInsure organizes evidence, supports controlled workflows, displays source-aware monitoring context, records review history, and provides non-binding decision-support tools. The technology company is not an insurer, insurance agency, insurance broker, producer, managing general agent, third-party administrator, adjuster, claim payer, settlement administrator, escrow holder, or insurance payment intermediary.

Activities we do not perform

In connection with this platform, the technology company does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance. It does not create or change an insurance right or obligation.

Licensed-organization authority

The licensed customer configures its rules and workflows, validates inputs, approves user and service-provider access, supervises personnel, obtains required product, rate, form, and regulatory approvals, and makes every insurance and professional decision. Authorized installers, reviewers, vendors, consultants, and other service providers act only under the licensed organization’s authority.

Software and AI outputs

Scores, flags, calculations, comparisons, reminders, alerts, workflow steps, reports, certification artifacts, and AI-assisted drafts organize or surface information. They require authorized human review and do not independently make or recommend underwriting, coverage, claim, settlement, compliance, engineering, safety, legal, licensing, premium, or binding decisions.

No insurance-premium handling

SolarBatteryInsure and this website do not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premiums, premium taxes, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, or other payments that create or change insurance rights or obligations. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by the licensed organization or its authorized payment processor.

Technology invoices

Amounts billed by the technology company pay only for approved software and technology services. They are not insurance premiums or insurance transaction fees. Private invoice activation is currently inactive pending the documented commercialization gate and written owner approval. See the Technology Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customer data and access

The licensed organization supplies or authorizes its data, determines who may access its workspace, and is responsible for required notices, consents, retention instructions, and lawful use. The platform uses organization scope and role controls to separate tenants. Demonstration and synthetic data are labeled and are not presented as customer or authoritative production data. Application audit records are append-only in normal operation; they are not described as legally immutable.

Questions and support

Technology implementation and support questions may be directed to the SolarBatteryInsure technology team. Insurance questions must be directed to the relevant licensed insurance organization or appropriately licensed insurance professional.
