SolarBatteryInsure does not publish prices or accept public self-service payments. Private invoice creation is currently inactive. If private invoicing is later activated after the documented release gate and written owner approval, fees, billing dates, cancellation rights, renewal treatment, refund eligibility, implementation milestones, and nonrefundable work will be stated in the executed software proposal, order form, statement of work, or enterprise agreement for the named licensed organization.
Technology services only
Any future invoice may cover only approved software subscriptions, enterprise licenses, implementation, configuration, training, support, data migration, or approved custom development. It may not include insurance premium, premium tax, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, regulated-insurance outcome fees, or another organization’s goods or services.
Cancellations
A licensed organization may request cancellation through its authorized business contact. The governing agreement will determine notice periods, effective dates, access wind-down, data export, outstanding fees, and any continuing confidentiality, security, audit, or retention obligations. Public website use does not create a paid subscription.
Refunds and billing disputes
Refund eligibility and dispute procedures will follow the executed agreement and applicable law. Paying, failing, refunding, voiding, canceling, or disputing a technology invoice cannot create, modify, bind, issue, cancel, or settle insurance coverage, premium, policy, claim, payout, or another insurance right or obligation.
Contact
Authorized organizational contacts may send technology-billing questions to billing@solarbatteryinsure.com. Insurance-payment questions must go to the relevant licensed insurance organization or its authorized payment processor.
