SolarBatteryInsure support covers product-function questions, implementation planning, organization configuration, access and role administration, evidence-workflow setup, integration readiness, data migration, software incidents, and approved training. It does not provide insurance, legal, actuarial, engineering, emergency-response, claim, coverage, premium, or policy advice.
Business inquiries
Authorized representatives of eligible licensed insurance organizations may use the homepage inquiry form or email hello@solarbatteryinsure.com. Submission requests a software discussion only and does not create an insurance quote, begin binding, or initiate payment.
Authenticated support
Authorized users may email support@solarbatteryinsure.com and should identify their organization and describe the software behavior, route, time, source state, and relevant non-sensitive reference. Do not send passwords, API keys, card data, consumer insurance applications, claim files, or unnecessary personal information by email.
Incident and emergency boundary
SolarBatteryInsure is not an emergency, fire-detection, life-safety, continuous-monitoring, or dispatch service. For an emergency, use the organization’s approved emergency procedures and contact appropriate local responders. Insurance questions must be directed to the relevant licensed insurance organization or professional.
Implementation-state language
Live and verified means an actual connection has been tested. Configured means credentials or configuration exist but production operation is not proven. Candidate integration means required permission, endpoint, or partnership is unavailable. Sample or synthetic data is not customer or authoritative production data. Customer-supplied data must be provided or authorized by the licensed organization.
